Shipment processing & dispatch

Orders placed on www.genimen.in will be processed within 24 hours on business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders will be dispatched via courier once processed.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on order value, weight, or destination.

Delivery time frame & tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation through email/WhatsApp with a tracking number so you can track the shipment’s progress.

Delivery address & accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address, PIN code, landmark (if any), and mobile number are correct and complete at the time of placing the order to avoid delays.

If the courier attempts delivery but fails (e.g. wrong address, no response), the parcel may be returned to us; additional re-delivery charges may be borne by the customer.

Damages or loss during transit

Save all packaging materials and the damaged item(s) until the issue is resolved.
