Shipment processing & dispatch

Orders placed on www.genimen.in will be processed within 24 hours on business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders will be dispatched via courier once processed.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on order value, weight, or destination.

(Optional) For orders above a certain value (it will vary ), you may offer free shipping — if you decide so.

Delivery time frame & tracking

Delivery address & accuracy

If the courier attempts delivery but fails (e.g. wrong address, no response), the parcel may be returned to us; additional re-delivery charges may be borne by the customer.
