1.Scope

This Policy applies to all purchases made by customers on our website (www.genimen.in). By placing an order, you (“Customer”) agree to the terms described herein.

2. Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment:
You may cancel your order any time before we dispatch the products. To cancel, write to our customer support (email/phone as given on website) or use the “Cancel Order” option on your account/order page.
Once cancellation is accepted, we will process a full refund of the order amount.

After Shipment / Dispatch:
Once the order has been shipped from our warehouse, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Company-initiated Cancellation:
Genimen Pharmacon Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel any order (for example, due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, incorrect shipping address, or other issues). In such cases, we will notify you and refund the full amount paid.

3. Return / Refund Eligibility

Since our products are nutraceuticals / consumables, the following rules apply for returns or refunds:

Products are eligible for return/refund only if:

The item received is wrong, damaged, defective, expired, or not as per the product description.

The request for return/refund is raised within 7 days of delivery (or as per the window specified at time of purchase).

The product is unopened, unused, and in its original, sealed packaging, with all labels, batch/expiry information, and invoice intact.

Non-returnable / Non-refundable items:

Any product which has been opened, used, or whose seal/packaging has been tampered with.

Products beyond the return window.

Products marked “non-returnable” on the product page at the time of purchase.

Promotional items, free samples, or gifts (unless damaged / defective on delivery).

4. Return / Refund Process

1. Contact our Customer Support within the stipulated time (support@genimen.in ,Ph +919918921212  or support form), providing order ID, product details and reason for return. You may also be asked to share photographs (or video) of the received packaging showing damage/defect — especially in case of damaged or incorrect items.

2. Once we receive and verify the product at our warehouse, and confirm eligibility, we will process a refund.

3. Refund will be credited to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase (e.g. credit/debit card, net banking).

4. Refund processing time: usually within 5–10 business days from the date we receive and verify the returned product (or from cancellation confirmation, if order was cancelled before dispatch).

5. Replacement / Exchange

If the product delivered is defective, damaged, incorrect or expired, we may — at our discretion — offer a replacement in lieu of refund, subject to availability.

If replacement is not possible or not requested, a full refund will be issued.

For partial issues (e.g. only one item in a combo is damaged), refund or replacement will apply only for the affected item, not the full combo, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Refunds for Prepaid vs Cash-on-Delivery (if applicable)

For prepaid orders (credit/debit card, net banking, UPI, etc.), refund will be credited back to the same account/payment method used during purchase.

If Cash-on-Delivery (COD) is offered and used — refund may be credited via bank transfer (NEFT/UPI) to bank account details provided by you.

7. When Refunds/Returns are Not Allowed

We do not accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:

The product packaging, seal or batch/expiry label is tampered with, missing or damaged.

The product has been opened, partially used, or altered in any way.

The return request is raised after the expiry of the return window.

The product was purchased during a “final sale”, “deal of the day”, or any promotional offer marked as non-returnable (if applicable and clearly communicated at purchase).

8. Right to Amend Policy

Genimen Pharmacon Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Customers are advised to review this Policy periodically.
